Heard. 2. The petitioners want the opposite party No.4-Exeucutive Officer, Nagar Palika Parishad, District Sultanpur to arrange shops for them. We fail to understand under which law this relief can be granted even assuming that till 2017 the petitioners were in possession of certain shops of the Nagar Palika Parishad although the Counsel for the Nagar Palika Parishad denies the said fact and states that they had merely put a Gumti on the land of the Nagar Palika Parishad. These are not matters to be proceed any further under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The petitioners may avail such other remedies as may be prescribed in law. 3.
