Counsel for the parties agree that the Additional District Magistrate, Land Acquisition had already referred the matter for decision by Land Acquisition and Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority under Section 76 and 77 of the Land Acquisition Act, 2013. Learned Standing Counsel for the State further informs that the money has been deposited with the said authority. 3. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in these proceedings. The reference made may be adjudicated by LARRA as per law at the earliest keeping in mind the statutory period prescribed in law. 4.
