CMP No.13290 of 2025 This application has been filed on behalf of applicant-respondent No.5-Zayeda, for discharging her natural guardian/grandmother respondent No.1-Mehboob and allow her to represent herself in her own capacity. Photocopy of Aadhaar Card indicating her Date of Birth as 01.01.1999, has been placed on record, which indicates that she has attained majority on 01.01.2017. In view of above, applicant-respondent No.5- Zayeda is permitted to represent herself in her own capacity and her natural guardian/grandmother respondent No.1 Mehboob is discharged from representing her. Application stands disposed of. CMP No.13291 of 2025 This application has been filed on behalf of respondent No.5-Zayeda for release of awarded amount of compensation. Vide judgment dated 05.12.2023 and amount of compensation falling in share of respondents No.1 to 4 and 6 has already been released vide order dated 24.05.2024 passed in CMP No.6945 of 2024. No objection has been communicated for allowing the application. In view of the above, present application is allowed and amount falling in share of applicant/respondent No.5-Zayeda, alongwith proportionate interest, in terms of final judgment is ordered to be released in her favour, as per her entitlement and according to her share, by remitting the same in her bank account, mentioned in para-4 of the application, photocopy of front page of Pass Book whereof has been annexed with this application.
