The present WPCR has been filed with the following prayer:- 10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire record concerning the case of the petitioners from the possession of the respondent authorities for its kind perusal. 3 10.2 That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the FIR bearing Crime No. 99/2025, dated 17.02.2025 registered at Police Station- Telibandha, District Raipur (C.G.) against the petitioners for the offence punishable U/s 420,409, 34 of IPC (Annexure P/1) and consequently, for quashment of the entire criminal proceedings if any arising therefrom. 10.3 Any other relief or relief(s) which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit or proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the present case the interim order has been passed in favour of the petitioner no. 1 by this Court vide order dated 17.03.2025, so far as petitioner no. 2 is concerned he was arrested and he has been allowed bail by the competent Court. He further submits that in the present case after due investigation the charge sheet has been submitted. 4. Learned counsel would submit that since challenge in this petition is to the FIR and as such he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with the liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to challenge the charge sheet. 5.
