None appears on behalf of petitioner despite this matter was taken up for hearing. 2. Sri Pankaj Srivastava, learned counsel for respondents submits that the Society has approached this Court earlier by way of filing Writ C No. 42270/2013 which was disposed of vide order dated 05.08.2023 with liberty to petitioner Society to file representation before respondents concerned which will be decided in accordance with law to call the petitioner, an employee, for repayment of loan. 3. In aforesaid circumstances, petitioner was called for personal hearing wherein during inquiry, he accepted that he has taken loan from Society, however, in support of his claim that it was repaid, he was failed to produce any document or evidence, therefore, by deducting said amount, other retiral benefits were paid. 4. In view of above, since it appears to be an admitted case of petitioner that he has taken loan and no material or document was produced whether petitioner has deposited said amount and so far as averment made in paragraph 7 and 8 of writ petition is concerned, it does not have any substance as same does not appear to be repayment of loan, therefore, this Court does not find any reason to allow this writ petition. 5. Accordingly, writ petition lacks merit, hence, it is dismissed with a cost of Rs. 1000/- to be deposited in High Court Legal Services Committee. 6.
