Heard Mr. S. Dutta, learned counsel for the applicant. The present application has been filed seeking direction for refund of statutory amount of Rs.25,000/- which was deposited by the appellant Oriental Insurance Co. Ltd. before the Registry of this Court at the time of filing the MAC Appeal No. 93/2024. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that after hearing the parties, this Court vide order dated 13.05.2024 was pleased to dispose of the appeal but it is not reflected in the order dated 13.05.2024 regarding refund of the statutory amount. I have considered the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the
