Jyothi Ratna, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.3, on instructions, would submit that pending the writ petition, the service connection to the petitioner’s bore well in Sy.No.13/1, was restored. Learned counsel for the petitioner endorses the same. 4. Given the developments pending the writ petition, since the power connection was restored, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. Thus, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.
