The petitioner challenges Annexure-1, which is a provisional assessment, however, with the stipulation that in the event, no response is filed by the petitioner then the same would be treated as final assessment. 3. The petitioner claims to have submitted a response to the said provisional assessment dated 14.02.2025 vide Annexure No.6, which is dated 22.02.2025. There is no consideration as of now of the said response, therefore, we dispose of this writ petition with the direction to the opposite party no.3 to consider the said response/objection and pass the final assessment order within three weeks. The petitioner shall be given personal hearing before taking such decision. Till the final assessment is made, no recovery shall be made in pursuance to the impugned order contained in Annexure No.1, which shall abide by the said decision. (Om Prakash Shukla, J.)
