Heard Mr. R Karim, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. B Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam. 2. Mr. B Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam submits that charge-sheet in connection with the instant case is laid vide charge-sheet No. 244/2025 dated 22.06.2025. 3. In view of the same, Mr. R Karim, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be moving the necessary application before the concerned Court and also submits that he is on interim bail. 4. In view of the same, this Court directs that the interim order dated 27.05.2025 by which the petitioners were allowed to go on interim bail would be extended for another 15 days so as to allow the petitioner to avail his remedy within the said period of time. 5.
