Learned counsel for respondent No.3 has brought to the notice of this Court communicated dated 22.07.2025, addressed by the President, J&K Pharmacy Council through to the Secretary, Health & Medical Education Department along copy of report dated 22.07.2025 of the committee entrusted with the assessment of undertaking inspection of the petitioner-College. In its report, the committee has observed certain inadequacies in the infrastructure of the petitioner-College. 2. Learned Senior council appearing for respondent No.3 has submitted that in the view of these inadequacies, it may Serial No. 177 2 WP(C) No.388/2025 not be possible for respondent No.3 to accord No Objection in favour of the petitioner-College. 3. In view of the aforesaid development, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file fresh so as to include challenge to the subsequent developments.
