Counsel for the opposite parties informs that securitization application filed against the said proceedings by the petitioner has been dismissed on 05.12.2024. 4. In view of the aforesaid, there is nothing for this Court to adjudicate at this stage. If the petitioner wants some settlement, he can approach the Bank if it is otherwise permissible under law. 5.
