The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "Issue an appropriate writ, order, or direction directing the Civil Judge Hawali (Junior Division), Lucknow (Opposite Party No.1.) to ensure the expeditious disposal of Civil Suit No. 2259/2023 (Kamla Devi Versus Sitaram and others) within a stipulated time frame." 3. Considering the fact that the Suit is of the year 2023, the petitioner is permitted to move an application for expeditious disposal of the Suit before the court concerned, which shall be considered in accordance with law. 4.
