The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(i) Issue a order or direction to the court concerned i.e. Additional Principal Judge Family Court Ist Lucknow directing to decide pending Case No.1847 of 2023 u/s 13(1)(1a) of Hindu Marriage Act entitled "Devendra Kumar Bajpai Vs. Divya Bajpai" within stipulated time frame deemed appropriate to this Hon'ble Court. (ii) Issue a order or direction to the court concerned i.e. Additional Principal Judge Family Court Ist Lucknow directing to decide pending urgency application contained as annexure no. 2 to this petition with in stipulated time frame deemed appropriate to this Hon'ble Court for the end of justice." 3. Considering the fact that the petitioner has already filed an urgency application, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law as well as the administrative guidelines/ circular of this Court. 4.
