Learned Advocate for the Respondent is permitted to deposit the Demand Draft of Rs.4 lakh, available with him, with the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The said amount shall be paid to the wife, as per the terms of the settlement. 3. Family Court Appeal, is therefore disposed of in terms of the terms of settlement at Exhibit-X.
