On the appeal coming up before this Court, by virtue of an interim order, dated 04.04.2024, operation of the order impugned was stayed. 3. Learned counsel for the parties agree that the matter can be relegated to the learned single Judge with a view to enable the respondents to file an appropriate response and that the interim directions issued by this 2 HCJ & RC, J WA_330_2024 Court may continue in the meantime till the matter is heard by the learned single Judge on merits. 4. Be that as it may, the Registry is directed to list W.P.No.4377 of 2022 before the learned single Judge as per Roster, on 13.10.2025, for appropriate orders. Till the counter-affidavit is filed by the respondents and the matter is heard by the learned single Judge on merits, interim order dated 04.04.2024 passed in the present writ appeal shall continue to operate. 5.
