Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the circular dated 18.10.2011 may not survive in pursuance of the subsequent judgment passed by Division Bench of this Court as well as followed by the Co-ordinate Bench in Writ-A No. 7792 of 2019 (Smt. Shashi Bala Jain vs. State of U.P. & Ors.). 3. In view of above submission, the Court is of the opinion that this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that the concerned respondent shall re-visit the impugned order dated 25.02.2011 in the light of Smt.
