The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "Where it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Learned Principal Judge Family Court, Bahraich, to decide expeditiously the Regular Suit No.1078/2023, "Shubham Jaiswal Versus Smt. Poonam Jaiswal" under section 13 Hindu Marriage Act 1955 which is pending in the court of Learned Principal Judge Family Court, Bahraich from 05.10.2023 and due to pendency of this suit, petitioner is facing mental and economical harassment. It is further submitted that suit was filed on 05.10.202." 3. Considering the fact that the Suit is of the year 2023, the petitioner is permitted to move an application for expeditious disposal of the Suit before the court concerned, which shall be considered in in accordance with law. 4.
