Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; Shri Shobhit Mohan Shukla, learned counsel for respondent no.2 and Shri Prashant Chandra, learned Senior Advocate assisted by Shri Prashant Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the respondent no.3. 3. Present petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging that despite an order being passed on the complaint filed by the petitioner, the same is not being complied with and the execution proceedings are pending, and the respondents are not appearing. 4. Considering the fact that the orders have been passed by the authority sitting at Noida, the execution is also pending there and the petitioner is residing at Ghaziabad, merely because the Chairman of the RERA Authority sits at Lucknow, no part of cause of action arise at Lucknow warranting interference. 5. In view thereof, present petition is disposed off giving liberty to the petitioner to approach Allahabad High Court for the same relief.
