Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner stating that honorarium, which was due and payable to the petitioner since 18.06.2021 has not bee paid. 3. The contention of petitioner was accepted in the directions contained in the order dated 19.02.2025 (Annexure No. 1), where directions were issued for payment of the amount to which the petitioner is entitled. It is argued that despite directions, the amounts have not bee paid. 4. In view of the said assertion, the present petition is disposed of directing the respondent no. 5 to ensure the compliance of the order dated 19.02.2025 positively within a period of six weeks. The respondent no. 5 shall also ensure that the said amount is paid within a period of six weeks, failing which, D.P.R.O. would be entitled to take coercive steps against the respondent no. 5.
