The Writ Petition is filed questioning the non payment of the bill for the works done by the Petitioner towards (1) construction of CC Road from 14th Ward Mullagiri Shalom House to Batthula Satyavathi House Chintalapudi Nagara Panchayat vide agreement No.6/2021-22, dated 03.01.2022 and (2) Construction of CC Road from 14th Ward Gokavarapu Prabhakar and Miriyala Jeevaratnam House to Deyyala Devadasu and Gokavarapu Daniyel House Chintalapudu Nagara Panchayat vide Agreement No.7/2021-22, dated 03.01.2022. 2. The Petitioner submits that the work as per the agreement was completed and the entries were recorded in M-Book after verification by the Respondent Authorities. However, as the amounts were not being paid to the Petitioner, the present Writ Petition is filed. 3. Learned Standing Counsel for Respondent No.4 passed on the Written Instructions signed by Municipal Commissioner, Nagara Panchavat, Chintalapudi, wherein it was stated that the work order was issued in favour of the Petitioner after obtaining Council 3 Resolution vide Cr.No.67, dated 22.11.2021 and after completion of the said work, bills were raised in CFMS. It was also stated that the funds sanctioned under SCSP were lapsed on 19th March, 2022 and a request was made for release of funds in that regard and the amounts of the Petitioner would be paid as and when the funds will be released by the concerned authority at the earliest. 4. Considering the Written Instructions submitted by the learned Standing Counsel and as there is no dispute regarding the execution of work and the amount due to the Petitioner, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition with the following direction: i) The respondents are directed to make the payment of the amount to the Petitioner within a period of Four months from today. ii) There shall be no order as to costs.
