Counter affidavit filed today in the Court is taken on record. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, Shri Aishwarya Pratap Singh as well as Ms. Aakanksha Shah, learned counsel for respondent Nos.3 and 4, Shri Amit Jaiswal, learned counsel for respondent No.6 and Shri Pritish Kumar, learned counsel for respondent No.1. 3. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging that on account of wrong information uploaded on the CIBIL platform, the petitioner has suffered and the educational loan, which he had applied for his daughter, could not be processed. 4. A counter affidavit has been filed by respondent Nos.3 and 4 stating that the fresh CIBIL report has been uploaded by the TransUnion CIBIL and the same has been downloaded from the website of TransUnion CIBIL. The said report is dated 09.04.2025. 5. In view of the fresh CIBIL report already submitted, the reliefs as claimed in the present petition can no more be granted. However, in respect of the relief No.5, it is provided that in case, the petitioner approaches respondent Nos.8 and 9 for grant of loan, the same shall be considered afresh in accordance with law and after taking into consideration the fresh CIBIL report uploaded on 09.04.2025. 6.
