The applicant was granted bail on 06.03.2025 in FIR No.624 of 2024, under Sections 310(3), 115(2), 61(2), 317(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station Laksar, District Haridwar. Now, Correction Application (MCRC) No.3 of 2025 has been filed. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that there are two typographical errors, which are:-(i) instead of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, IPC is recorded and; (ii) the date is wrongly mentioned as 06.03.2024, whereas it was 06.03.2025. The correction application is allowed. The corrections are carried out. Let the applicant file an amended memo of the application during the course of the day.
