CORAM:
HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY DHAR, JUDGE.
ORDER 08-11-2025
Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that the relief sought by the petitioner in the present Writ petition has been rendered infructuous inasmuch as the pensionary benefits stand already released in favour of the petitioner. Her statement is taken on record. It seems that in view of the aforesaid developments the petitioner is not interested to pursue this Writ petition. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed for non-prosecution. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
