To issue an order or direction commanding the opposite party no.1 to expedite the Regular Suit No. 525/2018 filed on 19.03.2018 by petitioner which is pending since 2018 before Opposite Party no.1 i.e., the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Lucknow within a stipulated period as framed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Considering the submissions made by the Counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to move an appropriate application for expeditious disposal of the suit. In case, such an application is filed within two weeks from today, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law.
