(Oral) Applicant is in judicial custody in FIR/Case Crime No.354 of 2024, under Section 108 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station Kashipur, District Udham Singh Nagar. He has sought his release on bail. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. According to the FIR, the applicant had relationship with the deceased. The applicant was pressurising the deceased to marry him. Due to which, on 21.08.2024, the deceased committed suicide. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that there is no evidence against the applicant. It is not a case of abetment to suicide. 5. Learned State Counsel would submit that on 20.08.2024, witnesses have stated that applicant did mar- 2 peet with the deceased and there are call details, which reveals that just before the incident, the applicant and the deceased were talking to each other. 6. Having considered, this Court is of the view that it is a case fit for bail and the applicant deserves to be enlarged on bail. 7. The bail application is allowed. 8. Let the applicant be released on bail, on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties, each of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
