This Writ Appeal is directed against the order dated 20.09.2024 made in W.P(MD)No.17119 of 2024. The writ petitioner questioned the subdivisions made in Survey No.178/2, South Kallikulam village. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the subdivision was made without notice to him. He is the incumbent pattadhar. The learned single Judge allowed the writ petition. 2.When the Writ Appeal was taken up for admission, the learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions submitted that all the subdivisions impugned in W.P(MD)No.17119 of 2024 have already been cancelled and recalled. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication. 3.This Writ Appeal is disposed of accordingly.
