Shri Sunil Bajpai, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel submits that the order of the writ Court has been complied with, as the decision has been taken by the respondent on 17.02.2025. It is, thus, submitted that the application has lost its efficacy and may be dismissed. 4. Considering the submissions of the learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel and going through the order of the writ Court as well as contents of the order dated 17.02.2025 passed by the respondent, this Court is of the view that order of writ Court has been complied with and no contempt is made out. 5.
