A perusal of “B” diary extract reveals that it is posted for cross- examination of P.W.1. The petitioner also brings to the notice of this Court that I.A.No.1 of 2024 filed by the wife seeking interim maintenance is pending. 3. According to the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner, the husband has filed his counter to I.A.No.1 of 2024 as early as on 25.04.2024. So far, orders have not been passed in I.A.No.1 of 2024, and citing the pendency of the said interlocutory application, the cross examination of P.W.1 has not been conducted. Hence, the present Civil Revision Petition has been filed. 4.
