By this petition, petitioner herein is seeking a direction upon the respondents to conduct demarcation of the land measuring 15 Kanals, falling under Khasra No. 9, Khewat No. 2 and Khata No. 20 and land measuring 01 Kanal, falling under Khasra No. 10min., Khewat No. 2 and Khata No. 20, situated at Village Sehora, Tehsil Bishnah, District Jammu. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would feel satisfied, if the instant petition is disposed of, with a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for demarcation of the land abovementioned. 3. He further submits that the petitioner has already submitted a detailed representation before the respondents on 03.11.2025, requesting for the demarcation of the land in question. Though, the instant petition is not maintainable, as the same is filed against Deputy Commissioner, Jammu, however, in view of the innocuous prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant petition is disposed of, at its threshold, with a direction to the respondents to consider the representation, stated to have been filed by the petitioner, for demarcation of the land measuring 15 Kanals, falling under Khasra No. 9, Khewat No. 2 and Khata No. 20 and land measuring 01 Kanal, falling under Khasra No. 10min., Khewat No. 2 and Khata No. 20, situated at Village Sehora, Tehsil Bishnah, District Jammu, within a period of four weeks from the date, a copy of this order is furnished upon the respondents.
