Hon'ble Om Prakash Shukla,J. 1. None appears on behalf of the petitioner to press this writ petition. 2. We have perused the relief clause. 3. There is a Suit already pending and now the petitioner wants this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue an injunction restraining sale of the disputed property, which is not maintainable. 4. The only opposite party is a private party. Thus, the petition is absolutely misconceived and not maintainable. 5. With the aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed. (Om Prakash Shukla, J.)
