This is an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 praying for condonation of 9 days’ delay in preferring the revision petition. 3. Notice was directed to be issued to the respondents. 4. Under the given circumstances, this Court is of the opinion that for considering the prayer for condonation of 9 days’ delay, issuing notice for service upon the respondents would be nothing but sheer waste of time. 5.
