The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "Issue orders and directions to the Learned Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division) Court No 40, Lucknow to expedite more particularly in a time bound manner the regular suit bearing no 1283/2017 (Manohar Lal versus Ashutosh Kanojia and others) pending before the learned Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division) Court No 40, Lucknow." 3. It is informed that the application for recall of the order, whereby directions were issued for proceeding ex-parte, is still pending. 4. Considering the said submissions, the present petition is disposed off with direction to decide the order recall application within a period of four weeks. Thereafter, the trial court shall also endevour to decide the suit itself with all expedition without giving any unnecessary adjournments to any of the parties.
