The challenge in this petition is made to the order dated 05.11.2022, passed by the respondent no.2/The Transport Commissioner, Uttarakhand, by which it was notified that for automated testing, a centre is established at Mauja Majri Grant, Paragna Parwadoon, Tehsil Doiwala, District Dehradun. Other reliefs have also been sought by the petitioner. Heard Today, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition has rendered infructuous because now in Vikasnagar itself, an automated testing centre has been established.
