She categorically states that she is being victimized by the deponent and she is residing with her parents on her own choice. 4. Considering the contents of the petition as well as the statement of the detenue, namely, Pooja Rawat, Adhaar Card No. 573618268794, no case for interference is made out. 5. In view of above, the petition stands dismissed.
