that the issue in question which has been raised in the instant petition, was the subject matter of similarly instituted petitions with leading Petition bearing Writ-C No. 1952 of 2025 (Islami Fund Najibabad, Bijnor Through Secretary Mohd. Ayyub and 3 others Vs. State of U.P. and others) and the said bunch of petitions came to be decided by a coordinate Bench of this Court by means of judgment dated 10.03.2025. It has been submitted that the case of the present petitioner is alomost identical to the ones which were decided in the said bunch of petitions which came to be decided on 10.03.2025, as mentioned above. Since there is no dispute regarding the factual aspect of the matter that the petitioner is also similarly situate with those institutions who had preferred their respective petitions and were part of the bunch which was decided on 10.03.2025. Hence, with the consent of learned counsel for the parties, this petition is also disposed of with a direction that the petitioner shall be also granted the same benefit as granted to other writ petitioners who were part of the said bunch in terms of paragraph 38 of judgment dated 10.03.2025 passed in leading Petition bearing Writ-C No. 1952 of 2025 (Islami Fund Najibabad, Bijnor Through Secretary Mohd.
