The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "issue a order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite party No. 1 to decide the Case No.894/2023 (Ravi Verma Vs. Smt. Divya) pending in the court of Additional Principal Judge Family Court Raebareli since a long i.e. 2023, within a stipulated period. 3. Considering the prayer limited to the issue of mandamus and the fact that the case is of the year 2023, the petitioner is permitted to move an application for early hearing of the case before the court concerned, which shall be considered in accordance with law. 4.
