Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Arun Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the respondent and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer: " (I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby commanding and directing to the State opposite parties to immediately remove the illegal encroachment on the government banjar land bearing Gata No. 89 Village Imiliaganj, Tehsil- Payagpur, District Bahraich, which has been illegally encroached upon by the opposite party no. 6 within the stipulated time." 3. Considering the fact that the dispute in between the parties is engaging the attention of the revenue authorities, I do not see any reason to interfere or pass any orders. The pending proceedings shall be concluded in accordance with law with all expedition. 4. The petition is disposed of in terms of the above.
