Some work has been done by the petitioner at Agra. The work order has also been issued from Agra, copy of which is annexed as Annexure No. 1. However, the petitioner makes an allegation that the opposite party no. 3 is demanding illegal money for clearance of the third installment of the due amount after having paid the first two installments regarding which he has made a complaint to the State Government at Lucknow. It is open for the petitioner to approach the State Government by making a fresh representation. If any such fresh representation is made, same can be considered by the State Government and a decision be taken at the earliest. In addition to it, if the petitioner claims payment, he can file a petition at Allahabad but this Court at Lucknow does not have territorial jurisdiction. The writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
