Heard Ms. Meena Shastri, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. Hari Om Rai, learned Panel Lawyer, appearing for the Respondent/State. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer: "It is, therefore, prayed that the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the First Information 2 Report No. 0668/2023, registered at Police Station "Sarangarh", District "Sarangarh-Bilaigarh" for the offence punishable u/s 420, 34 of IPC (Annexure P- 01) in the interests of justice. Hon'ble Court further be pleased to pass any appropriate order/orders in favour of the petitioner." 3. At the time of hearing, this Court has observed that the petitioner has filed the present petition without impleading the complainant as a party in the present petition and the petition is defective one. 4. In such a situation, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a duly constituted petition. 5. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file petition afresh by impleading the complainant as a party, subject to depositing a sum of Rs. 5,000/- as cost by petitioner in the Registry of this Court, the same shall be transmitted to the Government Specialized Adoption Agency, District Sarangarh- Bilaigarh.
