The present application under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita has been filed to quash the judgment and order dated 4.12.2024 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Basti in Criminal Revision No. 190 of 2024 (Pramod Kumar Singh Vs. Smt. Meera Singh), whereby the revisional court affirmed the order dated 6.7.2023 passed by A.C.J.M., Court No.1, Basti, by which learned magistrate dismissed the application filed under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. After some argument, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the present application under Section 528 BNSS may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to the applicant to file appropriate application/proceeding before the court concerned. In view of the statement of learned counsel for the applicant, the present application 528 BNSS is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to the applicant to file appropriate application/proceeding before the court concerned.
