The petitioner states that he is ready to pay the dues of the Nagar Panchayat, District Sultanpur towards house tax, water tax, etc. which according to learned counsel for Nagar Panchayat, as on date, is Rs.6,67,000/- but according to learned counsel for the petitioner the dues amount to Rs.4,80,000/-. 3. Taking note of the fact that the petitioner wants to pay the entire dues in easy reasonable installments, the petitioner may approach the respondent no.5, who shall provide the breakup of the payments which have to be made by the petitioner. 4. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to pursue the matter with the Bank or seek such other remedy as may be permissible under law. (Om Prakash Shukla, J.)
