Petitioner alleges construction of drain by the side of the road at Bhauriganj Bazaar on behalf of Public Works Department of the State of U.P. and they are proposing to construct drain in a manner that water from the drain falls in the land of the petitioner. This grievance was raised under the Integrated Grievance Redressal System and some inquiry was also conducted but the same could not fructify in redressal of his grievance. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand says that a team has been constituted by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Karnalganj, Gonda for demarcation of the lands of the villagers so that construction is not undertaken on the said lands. 4. Be that as it may, opposite party nos.1 and 2 should ensure that the drain should not be constructed in a manner that it encroaches upon the land of the petitioner or water from it goes to the land of the petitioner. Appropriate measures should be taken in this regard at the earliest say within three weeks. 5. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of. (Om Prakash Shukla,J.) (Rajan Roy,J.)
