Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned A.G.A. for State-opposite parties and perused the record. 2. Learned AGA, on instructions, states that two vehicles of the petitioner i.e. Wagon-R Car and Pulsar Motorcycle are at the police station, which were seized by the police in a lavaris condition. The petitioner can always move an appropriate application for release of the aforesaid vehicles. 3. At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner prays to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate proceedings before any other appropriate court of law or authority as may be permissible in law. 4.
