This instant C528 application has been filed by the applicants along with a compounding application for quashing the entire proceedings, charge sheet dated 31.12.2021, summoning order dated 13.05.2022 under Sections 498-A, 323, 504 & 506 IPC and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, passed by learned Additional CJM, Kashipur, District Udham Singh Nagar in Criminal Case No.2799 of 2022, State Vs. Vikas Sharma and others, arising out of F.I.R. No.63 of 2021, Police Station Kashipur, District Udham Singh Nagar. 5. A Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 25.11.2024 directed the parties to the proceedings to appear before the Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Udham Singh Nagar on 02.12.2024 at 02:30 P.M., who shall record statements of the parties and verify the statement of the parties filed along with compounding application. 6. The compliance report of Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Udham Singh Nagar is available on record. 7. From perusal of the compliance report, it is evidently clear that both the parties have entered into compromise and there is no dispute pending between them pursuant to F.I.R. and they have settled their disputes amicably. 8. The applicants and the respondent no.2 were present before the Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Udham Singh Nagar, who were duly identified by their respective Advocates. 9. In this view of the matter, compounding application is allowed. Consequently, all the proceedings of Criminal Case No.2799 of 2022, State Vs. Vikas Sharma and others, pending in the Court of learned Additional CJM, Kashipur, District Udham Singh Nagar, arising out of F.I.R. No.63 of 2021, Police Station Kashipur, District Udham Singh Nagar, are hereby quashed. 10. C528 application stands disposed of accordingly. 11.
