Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:18092-DB Court No. - 2 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 3057 of 2025 Petitioner :- Indra Pal Singh Respondent :- State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Revenue Lko And 12 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Satti Charan Tiwari Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,Dilip Kumar Pandey Hon'ble Rajan Roy,J. Hon'ble Om Prakash Shukla,J. Heard Shri Satti Charan Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State. The petitioner alleges that he is co-sharer of land bearing Gata No. 838M, 1196M and 1592 situated at Village- Sisendi, Pargana- Machhrehta, Tehsil- Mishrikh, District- Sitapur, but, the opposite parties no. 8 to 13 have illegally encroached the same with collusion of opposite parties no. 5, 6 and 7. It is claimed by the petitioner's counsel that proceedings for partition were initiated which resulted in an order dated 30.06.1988, however, on being asked as to where is the final decree, learned counsel for the petitioner could not satisfy us on this count. In any case, the dispute is between private parties, therefore, we see no reason to interfere in the matter, especially as, the order being relied upon is of 1988. The petitioner may avail other remedies prescribed in law. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of. . (Om Prakash Shukla,J.) (Rajan Roy,J.) Order Date :- 1.4.2025 R.K.P.
