The petition has been filed with the following main prayer:- "it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby commanding and directing the opposite party No. 5 to issue a fair merit list in pursuance of the Government order dated 21.03.2023 (contained as Annexure No. 7 to this writ petition) in respect of the advertisement dated 21.10.2024 (as contained in Annexure No. 1 to this writ petition)." After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer to the extent that the applications 21.03.2025 filed by the petitioner, which is on record as Annexure-10, may be directed to be decided by the respondents in a stipulated period. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to this innocuous prayer. Perused the record. Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to move a fresh representation before respondent no. 4 i.e. District Program Officer, District Sultnapur within two weeks' from today and if such a representation is moved, the same shall be decided by respondent no. 5 within a further period of four weeks' by passing a reasoned and speaking order.
