The allegation is that Police is interfering in the rights of the petitioners to harvest potato and Rabi crops sown on Plot No. 1433 situated at Village - Mukeempur alias Pahadpur, Tehsil - Bikapur, District - Ayodhya, however, it is not clear as to in whose name the plot is recorded. It appears to be a private dispute, as, certain private parties have been arrayed. This is not a fit case for interference under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The petitioner may avail other remedies, as may be prescribed in law, if there is a cause or approach the higher authorities, if there is any grievance with regard to the Police. The writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
