Shri Vivek Manishi Shukla, learned Standing Counsel for the State says that as of now status quo is being maintained at the spot and proceedings have been initiated against both the warring parties under the provisions of B.N.S.S., 2023. 3. We direct the opposite party No.2-Station House Officer, Police Station-Umari Begumganj, District-Gonda to submit a compliance report of the order dated 15.05.2024 before the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Gonda passed in Regular Suit No.1953 of 2021 (Smt. Phoolpata & Others vs. Angad & Others) positively within 15 days' from today, who shall then proceed to consider the matter as per law and the reasons for not submitting it earlier shall also be demonstrated before the court below to its satisfaction unless it has already been submitted. If such report is not submitted then it shall be open for the petitioner to move an application in this very petition whereupon the matter shall be placed before the Bench within three working days. 4. With the aforesaid observations/directions, the writ petition is disposed of. 5.
