The present application under Section 24 of C.P.C. has been preferred by the applicant for transfer of proceedings of Case No. 2276 of 2023 from the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Lucknow to the equivalent court at District Kanpur Nagar. 3. As per the office report, the service of notice upon the respondent is not sufficient. Learned counsel for the applicant stated that the notices have been served as on the address shown by the respondent in his application, fairly the respondent is avoiding the service. 4. Considering the inconvenience being faced by the applicant- wife, the present application is allowed. The proceedings pending in the Court of Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Lucknow are transferred to the equivalent court at District Kanpur Nagar.
