Bora, the learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. V. A. Choudhury, the learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. B. Sarma, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State respondent. 2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced the case diary Page No.# 2/2 of Duliajan P. S. Case No. 89/2025, and has submitted that the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and his statement under Section 180 of the BNSS, 2023 has already been recorded. 3. The learned senior counsel for the petitioner has submitted that by order dated 26.05.2025, the petitioner was allowed to go on interim bail by this Court and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has co-operated in the investigation. 4. Considering the fact that the petitioner has co-operated in the investigation, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 26.05.2025 is hereby made absolute with condition that he shall cooperate in the investigation. 5.
